The eCharge2 PhoneAccount is an easy-to-use system backed up by an extensive customer and merchant support structure.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) - Customers can access our complete list of FAQ’s from any of our clients’ sites or from our corporate website. These FAQ’s will provide most if not all of the information a customer might need to understand and use our PhoneAccount system.

Customer Portal - This area allows each customer to access and track all of their previous transactions made through our PhoneAccount system regardless of merchant. Through the Customer Portal they can monitor the products or services purchased, amounts spent and merchants visited. The Customer Portal also allows our online and telephone support staff to provide extended customer service for customers in the management of their PhoneAccounts.

Merchant Portal - Our Merchant Portal area is the integration touch point between the merchant’s online operating environment and the eCharge2 PhoneAccount Payment System. eCharge2 provides a complete set of merchant tools to assist the merchant through implementation and on-going needs to support day to day business activities.
